A Scavenger Hunt that Led to Forever…{Kimmy + Bryan, Murrieta Engagement Session}

Scavenger hunts are SO.MUCH.FUN!  And when we heard Bryan proposed to Kimmy by setting up 0ne…we just had to share their story.

Bryan set up “scavenger hunt” with clues that led to all of the places that made Kimmy happy.  The first clue led her to the Starbucks where they first met. Once she got there, a friend gave her the next clue which led her to her favorite nail salon where he treated her and her best friend to a mani/pedi.  Then her best friend then gave her the next clue which led her to Islands for lunch.  When she got there she was surprised to see her mom, sister, his mom, and his sister all waiting for her. They enjoyed lunch together and then they handed her the next clue. It told her to go home and get ready in her nicest outfit and a ride would be there to pick her up.

A few hours later, a chauffeur showed up at her door and gave her the next clue. While the chauffeur drove her to the next stop, the clue hinted at where they were going…it was her favorite restaurant, Ruth Chris Steakhouse!!  The hotess led her to a table where Bryan was sitting dressed in a suit.  When dessert came, the waiter handed her the last clue. She started to get anxious when she figured out the next stop was Huntington Beach, where he asked her to be his girlfriend six years prior.  The chauffeur dropped them off on the beach and they took a walk down to the water where Bryan proposed!!!  But the story doesn’t end there….after they popped a bottle of champagne and drove home when Kimmy opened the door she was greeted by all of their family and friends!  Not only did he surprise her with a proposal, but he also surprised her with an engagement party the same night!!!
