When we think of Vanessa and Carlos’ engagement session there is only one word that comes to mind…dreamy. Our really great friends over at Re-New’d Styling did a great job setting up their styled engagement session for us. Carlos and Vanessa met while they were in school and have been dating ever since. On Christmas Eve, after asking Vanessa’s parents for permission, Carlos asked Vanessa to be his wife. We started their session with their vintage bike scene.
Then it was off to the shoot their pillow fight. When we saw the bed set-up we were so excited to get started. Re-new’d Styling does such a great job of thinking of all the tiny details that make a scene complete.
It was at this moment- feathers flying, couple jumping, pillows fighting- that the entire day felt like a dream and we never wanted to wake up. We could have listened to Vanessa and Carlos laugh for 10 more hours and been completely happy. We could have photographed a million more jumps and never once get tired. We could have froze time and lived in that moment forever because it was just that surreal.
