The Perfect Compliment {Stevie + Ryan, Temecula Teepee Styled Engagement Session}

There is no bigger compliment than when another professional photographer chooses you to capture their wedding day.  We were not only flattered but completely honored when Stevie asked us to be her photographers and we had such a great time with them for their engagement session.  Touched by Time Vintage Rentals styled their engagement session and brought out this entire vintage teepee for us to use!! It was super cute and perfect for the setting.

Stevie and Ryan have been dating for over 9 years. Being that they’ve been together for so long, Ryan really really wanted to make sure Stevie was surprised when he proposed. While photographing an engagement session for some friends of theirs on the beach, Ryan saw an opportunity.  Out of nowhere her friend says, “Let me get a few photos of you and Ryan” Stevie was thinking “Umm….ok? Why? Haha” So she humored her and let her take some photos, then all of a sudden Ryan pulled out a ring and got down on one knee. To say Stevie was surprised would be a huge understatement!!

Incredible Beauty from Start to Finish {Nickie + Timothy, Orange County Wedding Photographer}

Nickie and Timothy’s wedding was seriously one of the most incredible weddings we have ever had the privilege of being a part of.  It was a twelve hour day full of all kinds of beautiful cultural traditions, fun, laughter and love.  From the ceremony to the reception, everything was absolutely perfect.

Their reception was held at The Villa Banquet Room out in Orange County.  We were completely mesmerized by the incredible performance that the dragons did during the reception.

Rain or Shine {Jen + Jon, Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa, Indian Wells and Palm Springs Wedding Photographer}

Jen and Jon got married over at the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa out in Indian Wells.  Although we are primarily Temecula Wedding Photographers we LOVE to travel and are destination wedding photographers as well!! The Hyatt in Indian Wells was such an incredible location for their wedding.  Its a beautiful desert oasis perfect for any occasion.

How perfect was their ceremony site??  Wood arbor, crystal chandelier…it doesn’t get any prettier!!

Even our friends from Madam Palooza joined in on the fun!!  They set up the cutest little scene in front of the fountains outside of the hotel.

The best part was that we got to use every square inch of the hotel for portraits including this indoor bar with spectacular seating!!

Now, this entire day was a blessing.  If you look closely…those are rain clouds in the sky.  They hovered over us throughout the day and threatened to make their debut at Jen and Jon’s reception.  Lucky for us, we are prepared for any weather and so we weren’t too worried about a little downpour and neither was Jen and Jon’s dream team of other vendors.  Seriously, how adorable was their reception decor.  The lovely Wendy Dahl and her team were the ones to credit for this loveliness.

From First Dates to Forever {Jessie + Corey, Temecula Outdoor Movie Screening Themed Engagement Session}

Jessie and Corey met when they were only 15 years old but didn’t date until they were in college.  We were really excited to see our friends over at Madam Palooza set up this beautiful outdoor movie screening for the two of them.  On their first date, the two of them went to see a movie and what better way to pay homage to that first date then to celebrate it at their engagement session!!  Now, the movie was kind of boring so periodically Corey would just ask Jessie questions about herself which she thought was super cute!!

Traditions {Amanda + Daniel, Hotel Del Coronado Beach Engagement Session, San Diego Wedding Photographer}

We were so excited to go to the Hotel Del Coronado beach for Amanda and Daniel’s engagement session!!  They were such a blast hang out with and were a dream to photograph.  They both have super mellow personalities and just go with the flow.  We love that they have date night once a month and take turns planning the evening BUT it can’t be dinner and movie and it has to be something they have never done before.  How cool is that??

The best part was that we got to head over to Balboa Park as well!! We absolutely love it there and even though we are Temecula Wedding Photographers we always love to head to different cities.

Such a Great Day! {Amber + Roberto, Mount Palomar Winery, Temecula Wedding Photographer}

Amber and Roberto got married over at Mount Palomar Winery in Temecula, CA.  This was our first time shooting at Mount Palomar Winery and we cannot wait to go back!!  The winery is absolutely stunning and made for the perfect setting for a romantic wedding.   Not to mention that Amber and Roberto were completely adorable…totally in love and happy as all can be.

Our favorite part of their entire day was their wedding reception.  Family and friends gathered from near and far to celebrate the two of them.  Tears were shed, laughter was shared and fun was had.  It was such a great day.
